I use a platform called Simple Practice and that is where sessions will be held.
Despite your typical 50 minute sessions, intensives provide more time to get into processing, learning and ample opportunity to build necessary skills needed. Allowing you to accomplish your treatment goals.
Intensives will run between 1-3 consecutive or non consecutive days depending on needs and treatment goals. Separate packages are available. This is very customizable depending on needs and goals.
An assessment will be completed in order to see what is appropriate for your needs.
- package 1- $250 for one 90 minute intensive.
- Package 2: $500 for two 90 minute intensives
- Package 3 : $750 for three 90 minute intensives.
I do not take any insurance at this time.

- Think of an intensive session as simply a longer version of your usual 50 min weekly session.

-By having a longer session you are able to find and achieve results at a faster pace, as oppose to attending weekly sessions.

-An assessment will need to be made first in order to see if you are appropriate for this approach.

- Sessions would be 90 minutes long for either 1-3 days.
